Q. How do I get a quotation?

A. To obtain a comprehensive conveyancing quote, simply click on the 'Residential Conveyancing' link (for residential property matters) or 'Commercial Conveyancing' link (for commercial property matters), select the type of transaction (eg Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, etc), answer a couple of simple questions (eg the purchase price, whether it's freehold or leasehold and whether a mortgage is involved):   Our highly competitive quoting tool will then give you a clear breakdown of all conveyancing fees and charges and what each charge relates to - it's that simple.

Q. How long will it take?

A.  Each case is different and the timeframe is dependent upon many external factors, including such things as the number of people in a chain, whether the property is freehold or leasehold, and whether a mortgage is involved.  It is therefore impossible to state with any accuracy here how long your conveyancing transaction will take.  However, we can promise you that we will deal with your case promptly and will be proactive in chasing other parties for any information required.  Once we have received instructions, you can discuss timescales further with the particular conveyancing assistant dealing with your case.

 

Q. How can I instruct you to proceed?

A. When you receive your quote for the legal fees and disbursements payable in your property matter, just click on the ‘Instruct Us' button at the top of the quote, complete your details and submit and we will take it from there.  We will contact you within 1 working day with initial paperwork.

 

Q. How do I track my case?

A. Once you have instructed us to proceed you will be given a user name and password so you can monitor your case at any time by using our 'Case Tracking' system (links on the left)
